Prepping Lesson

At first, I thought I would prep smarter

By buying booze bottles for barter;

But I was naive:

Now I’ve come to believe

That plan should have been a nonstarter.

I think once the doom dam has burst,

Things will quickly progress to the worst;

Not wanting to lose it,

I’ve started to use it,

And I’m drinking the good stuff first.
